Primary Medical Care for Long-Term Care Residents
The experienced physicians and certified nurse practitioners of GEROS Medical Group specialize in providing quality primary care to residents of long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities and retirement communities.
Continuity of Care
GEROS physicians remain in close contact with residents' primary care physicians, keeping them informed of their patients' progress. In many instances, GEROS Medical Group can become a patient's sole primary care provider.
If hospitalization becomes necessary, our geriatric health professionals ensure continuity of care by communicating closely with the TriHealth hospitalists, who provide care for our patients during their stay at Bethesda North or Good Samaritan hospitals.
24-Hour Accessibility
The GEROS group can be reached 24 hours a day.
- Calls made between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays are answered by the office coordinator.
- After-hours and weekend calls are handled through the GEROS answering service.
