Andrew Grubbs MD
Trained in Internal Medicine, Dr. Grubbs has more than 15 years experience in the specialized field of Geriatric Medicine. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Centers for Interactive Geriatric Assessment.
George Knight III RN, CNP
George Knight is a certified nurse practitioner in the State of Ohio and has worked in Geriatrics since 1997. He has extensive experience in home-based primary care and Geriatric Assessment. He has been granted prescriptive authority by the Ohio Board of Nursing, which allows him to prescribe medications under a physician's supervision.
Jean Holthaus RN, CNP
Jean Holthaus is a certified nurse practitioner in the State of Ohio with experience in the development of home-based primary care programs. A certified wound consultant, she has worked in Geriatrics since 2001 and has been granted prescriptive authority by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
