SeniorLink Costs
Those eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare may receive services at no cost. If income exceeds a set amount, the participant may be responsible for a monthly co-payment. Participants not eligible for Medicaid pay a monthly premium.
SeniorLink staff can help determine a person's Medicaid eligibility and assist them in signing up for the Medicaid program.
If at some point after enrollment hospitalization or nursing home care becomes necessary, SeniorLink will pay the cost. The SeniorLink interdisciplinary team will continue to coordinate the participant's care in either the hospital or nursing home.
