Eligibility
How do people qualify for SeniorLink?
To be eligible for SeniorLink, a person must meet these requirements:
- Be 55 years of age or older
- Live in the SeniorLink service area as determined by the state:
Hamilton County: All Zip Codes
Butler County: 45014, 45015, 45069, 45241
Clermont County: 45140, 45150, 45244, 45245, 45255
Warren County: 45039, 45040, 45140
- Be eligible for nursing home level of care as determined by the state
- Be assessed by the SeniorLink team as able to live safely in the community
