Led by a physician who specializes in the care of the elderly, SeniorLink's interdisciplinary team of health and service professionals work with participants and their families.
Members of the care team are:

- Physical, Occupational and Recreational therapists

- Day Health Center manager
Our team helps to maintain and improve participants' health by monitoring closely any changing needs. The team identifies and treats health issues before they worsen into more critical conditions.
